In 2024-25, I helped out with photography for the Canterbury Rams during the Sal’s NBL seasons, contributing to the team’s visual content across game days,. Working alongside the Rams’ media team, I assisted in capturing dynamic in-game action, and fan engagement, ensuring high-quality images were available for social media, promotional use, and website content. My role focused on supporting the delivery of consistent and engaging visual storytelling that reflected the energy and professionalism of the team. This opportunity allowed me to develop my skills in fast-paced sports photography while gaining valuable experience working within a professional basketball environment.

Throughout the 2025 Sal’s NZNBL season, I had the opportunity to follow the Canterbury Rams and capture their journey through my photography. From the electric atmosphere of home games at Cowles Stadium to the intensity of crucial matchups on the road, I focused on documenting the team’s energy, unity, and determination. The season was filled with standout moments—both triumphant and testing—as the Rams pushed deep into the playoffs before falling short in the semifinals. Despite the disappointment of not reaching the final, the players’ passion and the unwavering support of their fans made the season a memorable one. My photographs aim to reflect that story: a team defined by grit, pride, and a powerful connection to its community.

Social Media Digital Design
In collaboration with the NZNBL, I created a series of graphics celebrating key moments in New Zealand basketball. This included two dynamic designs for the U19 New Zealand Men’s Basketball Team, marking their historic 4th place finish at the 2025 FIBA U19 World Cup, and a feature graphic highlighting Tama Issac’s selection to the tournament’s All-Second Team — both shared via the NZNBL’s Instagram to engage fans and honor the team's achievements. Additionally, I designed a promotional graphic for the Canterbury Rams documentary, capturing the essence of the team's journey and helping generate excitement around the film’s release.
